Service Terms: What to Expect

How I Work:

Every engagement is built for depth, clarity, and quality. To maintain a high standard of service, I take on a limited number of clients at a time. Below are the typical timelines and terms for each offer, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

Engagement Terms

Sounding Board

A one-time session for quick clarity. Includes a 45-minute call, high-level review of one asset, and a follow-up email with 2–3 actionable recommendations. No contract required. $250 credit toward a Profile Intensive if booked within 14 days.

Profile Intensive

A focused 2-week engagement. Includes one strategy call, profile delivery within 14 days, a full positioning package, and two rounds of edits within 30 days. Agreement required at booking.

Visibility Partner

A 60-day premium engagement. Includes three strategy sessions, a written Messaging Guide, LinkedIn and bio rewrites, done-for-you content, and ongoing support. Project milestones are outlined in a simple contract and begin after the kickoff session.
